PC Steel Rod Production Process
Preparation of raw materials
The raw material for PC steel rods is mainly polycarbonate (PC) particles. Dosing and mixing

Melt extrusion

Cooling and shaping

The Solution to the Problems of Pc Steel Rods

Control measures: Reduce the S and P content of raw materials, and ensure high desulfurization and dephosphorization rate in smelting process; use compound deoxidizer for deoxidizer, and use argon sealing for ladle injection protection sleeve to prevent secondary oxidation of liquid steel; use argon sealing for crystallization; and use argon sealing to prevent secondary oxidation of liquid steel; and use composite deoxidizer in steel.

Control measures: Appropriate control of the composition, especially the carbon content, to avoid the easy formation of Weissite interval; reasonable temperature, for 30MnSi ****** quenching temperature is 900 ℃, tempering temperature is 400 ℃; appropriate addition of alloying elements, can increase the temperature and tempering temperature; appropriate alloying elements, can increase the temperature and tempering temperature.
When adding alloying elements, can improve the hardenability, strengthen the matrix, expand the austenite zone.
