Production Equipment

The 300,000-ton automatic tunnel-type continuous pretreatment line (production line) is controlled by the PLC program control system, and is subjected to surface treatment processes such as pickling, dipping, rinsing, phosphating, warm washing, saponification, and drying.

8 straight-type wire drawing machines, the pickled phosphating saponified wire rods are drawn through multiple passes to reach the required diameter and wound up onto the spool.

The steel wire is discharged through the pay-off machine and enters the electrolytic alkali washing tank for degreasing (removing the lubricating film during drawing)

The steel wire is degreased and cleaned by electrolytic alkali washing tank, pickled, washed, and then enters the plating bath, and then dried to enter the hot-dip galvanizing pot.

The excess zinc on the surface of the steel wire was scraped back to the zinc pot by a nitrogen wiping device, and a zinc layer having a smooth surface was obtained, and then the cooling jet formed by the four water nozzles cooled the molten zinc into solid zinc. Then enter the wire take-up machine through the branch line guiding device.

Through the guiding device and take-up machine,leading to two type of packing.One is the hollow packing,the other one is spool packing.

The steel wire is wound from the 1000 type wheel to the 400, 500 or 630 type of wheel. The process should pay attention to the steel wire strength grade, wire diameter and wire length. If the error occurs, the steel strand can not be delivered.

4 sets 1x7 stranding machine and 1 set 1x19 stranding machine.
